Character Limit on Text Input Field

Allow us to put a character limit on text input field. This can be an optional.

We have not needed this but have no problem with it as long as it is optional

In the Setting tab under the 'Custom Products" menu item you can set "Maximum Characters per inch" This might be a way to do what you are trying to accomplish.

Paul - this would be for a generic product with no preview. Text fields have an option for limiting characters.
