Add ability to perform inventory adjustment on phase out items

Currently when you do an inventory adjustment, it only allows you to enter active products. We would like the ability to also enter products that are marked as Phase-Out since there are times where we need to adjust those as well.

The current functionality allows you to update the units in stock as long as the "Phase out" item has at least one item in stock already. I will change this to allow you to adjust the Units In Stock even if you show 0 items.

This change will be in the next DataBase update.
