Would it be possible to add a feature to inventory where rows could be color coded (similar to excel) so one could quickly note items that were discontinued, phased out, not discounted, etc ?

To make sure that I understand, you want each inventory status to have a different color in the inventory search/lookup screen. Is that correct?

No. I would like the option of choosing an inventory item from the inventory list and having the ability to color code the inventory item. It could be for whatever purpose.

Please give me an ideal of what you're trying to accomplish using colors. How would you use the feature if it existed?
