ShipRush Reference Changes

I have noticed that the Reference1 is cutting off some characters due to a ShipRush limitation on the field size. In my specific example, the field is showing as: Order No: OE-123456 / PO#: WO-12345 when the PO should actually be WO-1234567. I am requesting the following 2 changes:

1 - Modify the Reference1 field to also read Order#: instead of Order No:. This will provide 2 more characters of space for the PO without impacting any existing users

2 - Since Reference2 is the PO #, populate the Reference3 field so that it contains just the order number followed by the PO # in parens. Using my example above, it would read "OE-123456 (PO# WO-1234567)". This would allow for an additional 11 characters for the actual data to be stored. I could then write my notification email to say "has shipped order &reference3 ..."
